Aishwarya earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Washington and Lee University in 2025. Her education and experience in scientific research, healthcare, and medical documentation provide her with a strong foundation for reviewing complex medical records and understanding the clinical evidence involved in personal injury cases. Before joining Chong Law Firm, she worked as a medical scribe and completed internships and volunteer work in healthcare and hospice settings.
While attending Washington and Lee University, Aishwarya was selected as a Two-Year Fellow Research Scholar, conducting neuroscience and behavioral research involving spatial learning, visual cues, and memory retention. She also served as a peer tutor and held leadership roles in several multicultural and nonprofit organizations, including Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Around the Globe Multicultural Organization. During college, she also helped establish the foundation for a nonprofit organization and participated in a month-long business education and leadership initiative in Northern Ghana, working alongside local communities to support leadership development and educational programming.
Since graduating, Aishwarya has continued to cultivate her interest in global learning and comparative legal practice. Most recently, she completed a legal fellowship in Madrid, Spain, where she examined international legal systems through case study analysis and collaboration with attorneys from multiple law firms. Together, these experiences have deepened her appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration and the global dimensions of legal advocacy.
