Aishwarya Vemagiri

Aishwarya Vemagiri is a paralegal at Chong Law Firm, where she supports the firm’s personal injury practice by assisting clients throughout the claims and litigation process. Her responsibilities include communicating with clients regarding their medical treatment and case status, organizing medical records and billing documentation, requesting lien information, conducting client intakes, and assisting with demand packages and other case-related correspondence.

Aishwarya earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Washington and Lee University in 2025. Her education and experience in scientific research, healthcare, and medical documentation provide her with a strong foundation for reviewing complex medical records and understanding the clinical evidence involved in personal injury cases. Before joining Chong Law Firm, she worked as a medical scribe and completed internships and volunteer work in healthcare and hospice settings.

While attending Washington and Lee University, Aishwarya was selected as a Two Year Fellow Research Scholar and conducted neuroscience and behavioral research involving spatial learning, visual cues, and memory retention. She also served as a peer tutor and held leadership positions in several multicultural and nonprofit organizations, including serving as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Around the Globe Multicultural Organization.

Aishwarya is committed to providing clients with attentive, compassionate, and organized support during what can be a difficult and unfamiliar legal process. She is fluent in English and Telugu and has limited working proficiency in Spanish.
