Megan joined the litigation section of the firm’s Delaware office in 2019 as of counsel. She is admitted to the bars of Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury and premises liability. Megan has worked in both the private and public sectors. She began her practice as a civil defense litigator, and later became a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware. Megan also served as a First Assistant County Attorney for New Castle County, where she practiced civil litigation for 18 years. Megan graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law, where she was an editor for the Widener Journal of Public Law. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Delaware, where she earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice, and the College of New Jersey, where she earned her M.A.T. in secondary education. Megan currently resides in Delaware with her husband and two children.
